FAQ
Questions owners usually ask
Straight answers before you invest time on a call.
What does a website project typically cost?
It depends on scope — which is why every project is quoted as a fixed fee in writing before work begins. After a short conversation you will know the number. Small repairs stay small; full rebuilds are scoped like any other serious business investment.
I already have a website. Can you improve what we have?
Yes — and often that is the smarter spend. Slow pages, broken forms, mobile issues, security problems, or a site abandoned by a previous vendor can usually be repaired without starting from zero.
I am not technical. Do I need to be?
No. You describe goals and constraints in plain English. I handle WordPress, hosting, SEO, and the tools. You will never be asked to “just hop into the dashboard” unless you want to.
Do I need SEO, and what does that mean in practice?
SEO is how customers find you when they search for what you sell. Most established local and regional businesses need the fundamentals done well — Google Business Profile, a fast correct site, clear pages — not an expensive retainer full of vanity reports. I will tell you which camp you are in before you buy.
Who owns the website when the project is finished?
You do. Domain, hosting, and site files stay in your name. If we ever part ways, any competent professional can take over. I do not hold sites hostage.
How quickly can we start, and how long does work take?
Urgent repairs can often begin within a business day. New sites and larger rebuilds are scheduled with a clear timeline on the proposal. You will never be left guessing where things stand.
Where are you based? Do you only work in Utah?
I am in Murray, Utah, and glad to meet Salt Lake Valley clients in person when it helps. Most work is remote by phone and video — so location is rarely a barrier for serious owners elsewhere.
