Pepper in Salt is Kacy Culpepper — a WordPress, SEO, and email marketing consultant based in Murray, Utah. I work directly with business owners who want enterprise-caliber craft without an agency layer between them and the work.
Background that matters when the stakes are real
Since 2014 I have done professional web and email work inside organizations where downtime and sloppy campaigns have real costs. At CHG Healthcare — one of the largest medical staffing companies in the country — I built email programs, then served as a front-end developer rebuilding and maintaining websites and custom WordPress themes across the company and its brands.
Later work in email marketing and automation (including engagements through Artisan Talent and with Sorenson Communications) focused on measurable improvements: cleaner journeys, better open performance, less manual busywork for marketing teams.
I also know what it is to run a business myself. That shapes how I work with owners: respect for your calendar, plain-English proposals, and no theater.
